1. General Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
    • Certain items, such as customized or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., face masks), are non-returnable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.
    • Please report the issue to us with photos of the defect at care@wearbruni.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7936 495794.
    • If the claim is deemed valid, we will cover the cost of return and replacement.
  • Lost in Transit:
    • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
    • WearBruni will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or change of mind) are not eligible for refunds.
    • Items not meeting the return eligibility criteria or returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

2. Return and Exchange Process

    • Provide your order details, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  • Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
    • Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product to the specified address.
  • Step 3: Ship the Item
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Step 4: Inspection and Refund
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

    • If you receive a defective t-shirt (e.g., a printing error, stitching problem, or any other damage), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
    • For size or preference changes:
    • If you need a different size or simply want to change your product (e.g., swapping a t-shirt for a different color or style), we recommend placing a new order for the desired item.
    • Unfortunately, size exchanges or preference-based changes are not covered under our exchange policy and will require a new purchase at your own expense.

4. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer:
    • Reshipment Due to Incorrect or Insufficient Address:
    • If an order is returned to us because the address provided by the customer is incorrect or insufficient, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once the updated address is confirmed.
    • We will contact you to verify the correct address, and upon confirmation, we will provide you with the reshipping cost.
    • Unclaimed Items:
    • If the order remains unclaimed or undeliverable and is not resolved within 30 days, the item will be donated to charity.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Hygiene-sensitive items, including but not limited to face masks.
    • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
